No worries, temporary set screws in place for mock up purposes.
I brazed smaller diameter tubing inside the rack so the struts aren't flopping around inside the rack struts. What is really great is if the client ever decides to ride without fenders he'll have no ugly fender mounts! Yes!
Two half circles are for bungee cord hook ends etc.
