37mm tires and clearance for fenders. This is going on Jason's Stanridge. Fork is not brazed, wheel is placed for photos, Yeah, it's off the centerline in the photo!
In the Jig mock up. Important to build in a jig so the bike tracks straight. Very useful for measuring rake and trail.

Somehow the gloves in the background have been floating around the United States for 15 years. I worked on my first car with these gloves. Recommended.
This is the block I use to bend the blades. Blades are sent straight so one can bend the proper amount of trail based on application.
